What this site collects and why.

This notice explains how information is used when you start a conversation, schedule a call, or browse the website.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Information you choose to provide

The Start a Conversation form asks for your name, business name, email address, service interest, project description, and consent to be contacted. You may also provide your current website, describe how you want the experience to feel, and upload as many as three optional project files. A phone number is optional when you choose Flexible and required when you schedule a 30-minute phone call.

If you schedule a call, the form also records the appointment date and time you select. If you choose Flexible, no appointment information is required.

Optional uploads are limited to PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, and WebP files of 10 MB or less each. Useful examples include a logo, color palette, brand guide, or non-confidential business document. Please do not upload passwords, identification, financial or medical records, or confidential customer data.

Conversation requests and appointment scheduling

A Flexible request is saved as a form submission connected to a customer-management record. It also creates a follow-up task so the request can receive a response within the stated two-business-day timeframe.

When you schedule a call, your contact details, inquiry answers, selected appointment, and phone number are used to create the booking and reserve that time. Your inquiry and any optional project files are also saved with the connected Wix form submission. The booking system sends the confirmation and reminder emails connected with the appointment. Davey. uses the booking details to prepare for the conversation and call the number you provided.

How submitted information is used

Submitted information is used to understand your request, respond to you, arrange and prepare for a conversation, and discuss a possible engagement. It is not used to make an automated consequential decision about you.

Where submitted information is stored

Conversation requests, optional files, bookings, customer records, and follow-up tasks are stored in the Wix-managed services connected with this website. Uploaded files are stored in Wix Media Manager and connected to the inquiry. They are available to Davey. and Wix site collaborators who have permission to manage form submissions or site media.

Inquiry information and files are retained while needed to respond, evaluate a possible project, maintain appropriate business records, or resolve a security concern. You can ask Davey. to delete information that is no longer needed, subject to records that must be retained for legal, payment, or security purposes.

Site analytics

The site sends limited interaction events through Wix's managed analytics tools. These events cover service-page visits, calls-to-action, form starts and outcomes, scheduling-mode choices, availability checks, slot selections, and errors. Scheduling analytics may include the selected appointment start time, but the event data does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, project descriptions, file contents, filenames, or other form values.

Service providers

Wix provides the managed hosting, booking, email, form, customer-management, and analytics and media-storage infrastructure used by this site. Its services may process technical request information needed to serve pages, protect forms from misuse, store approved uploads, reserve appointments, send booking messages, and operate the website.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a conversation request. You can also use Flexible without providing a phone number or choosing an appointment, or schedule a call if you prefer a set time. If you have already submitted information and want to ask about access, correction, or deletion, use the Start a Conversation form and write Privacy request at the beginning of the project description so it can be routed appropriately.
